Jumpstart Your Instagram Marketing

This year has been eventful on Instagram. Early in 2019, Instagram announced new appeals features. This new feature has meant additional enforcement of the Instagram Community Guidelines. These updates have put Action Blocking on overdrive and added new types of banned hashtags. Also included in this year’s updates was Instagram Dark Mode, which the app automatically switches to when your phone is set to dark mode.

Instagram recently announced that they would be hiding likes on the entire platform. What impact will this have on businesses who use Instagram to promote their businesses? I have spoken before about how you can help amplify artists on social media this holiday season. If you’re curious to learn about the latest Instagram updates and how they will affect small businesses in 2020, keep reading.

Are you struggling to conquer the Instagram algorithm for your business? As a busy entrepreneur, it can be challenging to understand all the inner workings of Instagram.

Instagram Marketing in 2020 with darlin Garland

Mark your calendars! My 3rd annual Instagram workshop is Saturday, January 4th, at NoDa Brewing. Join me to learn tips for marketing your small business on Instagram in 2020. Can’t attend? The class materials will be available in my shop after the class.

Don’t forget to invite your fellow business-owning friends or send them a link to the Instagram marketing manual when it becomes available. This year’s winter workshop goes deep in-depth, so for the first time, I’m charging for the class to help recoup some of the time and work I put into the materials. I’ve tried to keep it affordable for small businesses. Thanks for the love!

Early bird pricing available through Cyber Monday! Tickets available now for $27 until Monday, December 2nd. General admission is $45. Registration includes a printed Instagram Manual and Workbook for us to use in the class.
